I wrote this while pregnant and just came across it. Thought I would share it with you.
We prayed that God would send us a blessing
A baby to love with hugs and kissing
You were worth the wait
You were given to us from the Lord
He is our Shield and our Sword
You were worth the wait
We will raise you for the glory of Jesus
We are thankful for the baby He has given us
You were worth the wait
We look forward to holding you near
To whisper that we love you in your ear
You were worth the wait
Our life with you will be made sweet
You have made our family complete
You were worth the wait
